Club store display checker
Sanity-check a display concept against the envelope before rendering it. Pick a footprint profile, enter your display dimensions and weight, and the tool flags overhang, height, and weight problems while they are still cheap to fix.
Your display
Dimensions in inches, weight in pounds. Height and weight include the pallet.
Envelope limits
Prefilled with common program starting points. Edit them to match the spec sheet from your buyer, since limits vary by retailer, region, and program.
Envelope check
Every line should read OK before the concept goes to rendering or quoting.

Starting-point limits, not gospel: club programs commonly land near a 48 x 40 footprint with zero overhang, total heights in the 50 to 60 inch range for shoppable pallets, and loaded weights well under forklift and racking limits. Every retailer publishes its own display and pallet spec, and those documents win. Use this tool to catch problems early, then verify against the current spec sheet before tooling or quoting.
Beyond the envelope, the usual kill points in club review are shroud and graphic panel clearance during fork entry, corner post crush under top load, and product falling below the reach line as the display sells down. None of those are dimension checks, so plan for them in the structure even when every number here reads OK.
